This product is an engineer-sealed report with a chart that lists approved sizes and wind pressure loads for the DiversiTech Precast, Foam-Core Concrete Pads for Mechanical Unit Installation in conditions up to 175 MPH / Exposure C. The certification meets the requirements of the current selected state’s building code. Use it with your other approved documents to obtain a building permit.
Be sure to compare the allowable wind pressure capacities listed in the drawing to those that apply to your project site.
