PHANTOM: Motorized Retractable Screen System (TER 21-45772)

This certification is for a non-impact wind abatement approval of the retractable Phantom Motorized Retractable Screen using 4′ roller. The certification is sold as an engineered sealed Evaluation Report and meets the requirements of the structural wind integrity per the selected building code using ASCE 7 for the approval of the system wind pressure capacity, and upon ordering will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer of the firm. Use it in conjunction with your other approved documents to obtain a permit from the Building Department. It is generic (non site-specific) & installations beyond the scope and limitations of this document shall require site-specific engineering.
