Inspected assists in reducing construction cycle times and permit issuance times through our Plan Review and Virtual Inspections.
Plan Review:
Inspected conducts Private Provider Plan review to confirm all plans are up to building code. Within 72 hours of submission Inspected will either provide and code deficiencies or stamp the plans for code compliance to be submitted to the Municipality. Once submitted, the municipality has 20 business days to issues the permit or any deficiencies they may find. (We do not do zoning only MEPS). Our team will also be monitoring permits for any movement and will be following up with Municipality to ensure proper Issuance times.
Inspections:
Inspected can complete all MEPS inspections virtually in lieu of the municipality. Schedule through Permit Hub (Inspected’s Jobsite Management Platform), when the crew is ready they will call in to connect on a live video with our inspector (We do allow pictures for most inspections as well). The scheduled times are not a hard time so the crews have the flexibility if they are running early or late to get the inspection done. If there are code deficiencies, our inspector will inform the crew, they can make the corrections and jump back on the call same day at no additional charge.
