This letter applies to Hurricane Fabric installations for use along with an existing Product Approval Document. The intent of the letter is to certify the product’s compliance with the International Building Code and the North Carolina Building Code.

Be advised that all limitations of use of the product must still conform to site-specific design parameters of the intended use, which shall be provided by others and are out of the scope of this certification. Final approval shall be at the discretion of the governing authority having jurisdiction. Unless otherwise noted herein, all installations shall follow the product approvals/installation instructions referenced above, as well as the minimum requirements of the aforementioned codes. As of November 1, 2024, All building departments in Broward county require files submitted to their online permitting portal to be formatted differently. Delray Beach requires the same type of formatting for our TERs instead of selecting individually seal each page.
