Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Engineering Express®, Frank brings unprecedented service optimization and cutting edge technologies to building component engineering, product evaluation, and building envelope design.  He has pioneered innovations in engineering consulting that have redefined his practice and spawned his other companies.

In 2005 he patented a unique modular Hurricane Netting System that encapsulates and protects structures during storms and built a company that produced the CAT-5 Netting System.  In 2008 he pioneered technology that modernized building product evaluation data which is now EngineeringPlans.com. His pioneering work automating engineering processes has led to groundbreaking engineering technologies including providing on-demand engineering, digitally assisted product evaluations, engineering e-commerce platforms, and digital marketplaces for dozens of national brand-name clients.  Frank has also created software for the task-based economy called TaskCloud.com to distribute and manage engineering projects internationally.

Mr. Bennardo is the President and founder of Endymion Blue, LLC, a company  that engages in projects such as evolving building product design plans.  That company produced the highly acclaimed ApprovalZOOM.com project, publishing data in real time to dozens of government agencies and trade associations from 2008-2016,  and has grown to become EngineeringPlans.com in 2017.  EngineeringPlans.com is a national registry of building component plans along with many innovative features to interact with them in the growing digital world.

Most recently, he co-founded TaskCloud.com – an online service that powers a  unique project management and project tasking platform to companies including Engineering Express. Unique site features include an unlimited number of users for a single fee, an innovative ‘file wall’ to allow collaboration of files, full task based freelance bidding in an Uber-style system, intuitive invoicing, collaboration, and more.  The site seeks to increase its network of AE companies for shared talent, all rated for skills and performance.

Mr. Bennardo also co-owned CAT-5 Protection, Inc., which developed the CAT-5 Hurricane Netting System. He has received a patent for his extensive research and development on a modular large missile impact netting system that has been successfully deployed over areas such as houses, mobile homes, boats, cars, trailers, signs, lanais, and much more . The CAT-5 Net has been protecting against storms and severe winter weather since 2005 across the globe.
