This Performance Evaluation Report provides structural details for an underground tank anchorage up to the dimensions and limitations of the plan. Use it in conjunction with your other tank specifications to obtain a permit for installation. This plan is underground and designed not to be used with a concrete pad.
This document has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected Building Code and, upon ordering, will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer of the firm.
