Engineering Express uses both Entrust & Identrust to digitally sign files. Both are in conformance with all known state regulations and are Adobe compliant. Some local jurisdictions are picky though. If they require one company over another please let us know and we’ll use the appropriate digital signature encryption. By default we use Entrust.
