For Online plan orders, we do our best to get your digitally signed and sealed file reviewed, sealed by an engineer, & emailed back to you within 24 hours / the next business day.
If a plan is requested in the morning (Eastern Time), it is typically available the same business day.
Digitally sealed files are also uploaded and available to you via your Plan Store Dashboard.
For online plan order hardcopies that are mailed:
We review, seal, and send out plans that are requested in physical (hardcopy) format the same business day via UPS ground. These plans are typically delivered overnight in the South Florida area. Give the plans 24-48 hours to be received.
Custom, site-specific projects
Projects that are quoted are delivered in accordance with our signed contracts & are managed through our ExpressPass System.
